Returns

Since ALICT.LK provides digital educational services and downloadable materials, returns are generally not applicable once the service has been accessed.

Refunds

Payments for online classes or digital materials are non-refundable once access has been granted. However refunds may be considered for duplicate payments or technical errors.

Printed Materials

If you receive damaged or incorrect printed tute materials, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to request a replacement.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider.
